Beyond Potential was engaged by Airlab’s directors in January 2020. The goal was to provide coaching to two staff to enhance their development and leadership skills, to create a succession plan and to support the business to establish clear priorities and goals. From this starting point, Beyond Potential has also played an instrumental role in the transition of a new General Manager position to replace the Managing Director and facilitated the establishment of a business strategy. Beyond Potential’s Elliot Royce is now the chair of Airlab’s board of directors.

Airlab credits Beyond Potential as instrumental in taking the business to the next stage of its success. For Jason, his career development plan included setting up and achieving key deliverables as a leader, including time management, delegation, mastering tough conversations and setting measurable goals. This process helped to build Jason’s confidence and leadership skills.
