Elliot Royce - Director

With an extensive 15 years in senior leadership and business roles, Elliot is driven by a passion to help others realise their true potential.

Elliot sat on the Executive Team for the world’s leading engineering consultants, Jacobs, across the Australia and New Zealand region, with 4,500 staff. During his time with Jacobs, he led significant business transformation activities following large-scale acquisitions in 2014 and 2018 and facilitated the roll out of their global strategies.

Elliot has developed high performing cultures in complex multi organisation and large scale infrastructure alliances from inception through to delivery, including a key role in managing the HR function of New Zealand’s largest road project, the Waterview Tunnel, with seven construction and engineering firms and over 1000 staff.

Having started his own growing business, Elliot also understands first-hand the challenges faced by business owners. Elliot’s strategic and business experience, with particular expertise in technical industries like engineering and construction, gives him a practical focus to his services. This allows him to tailor bespoke solutions to suit his clients’ needs and help them to focus on what matters.

Elliot is a member of the Institute of Directors New Zealand and the Auckland Business Chamber.
